Pregnancy Yoga at Evolv

Nurture your body, mind, and baby through gentle yoga, strengthening and preparing you for birth.​

 

Our Pregnancy Yoga classes, held at our Poulton studio provide a nurturing space for mums-to-be to connect with their changing bodies, reduce discomfort, and prepare for the transformative experience of labor and motherhood. These classes are open to all experience levels, from 12 weeks onward, and are designed to help you feel empowered and at ease during this special time.

5 Week Course

Commit to your wellbeing at a discounted rate, steady progress, and a consistent group—limited spaces available.

Drop-in Class

Drop into a single class (subject to availability) when it suits you – perfect for testing it out, staying flexible, or if you’re nearing your due date. Bookings open 2 weeks in advance.

Danielle Horn - Feed, Flow, Glow

Danielle is a certified yoga teacher with a background in nursing and midwifery. With over a decade of experience, she combines her deep understanding of anatomy with the emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga.

Her classes are designed to create a safe, supportive space where you can connect with your body, your baby, and yourself. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, her approach is intuitive and focused on your unique needs during pregnancy.
